How to Open an Account with Rakuten from Laos

  2. Upload an ID and a Proof of Residence.

  3. Choose the base currency.

You may add money to your account in one of four currencies including the US dollar (USD), the Australian dollar (AUD), The Euro (EUR) and the British Pound (GBP).
